Sci-Fi Robot Self-Awareness? I'm Hooked!

So far I’ve read the first two books of "The Murderbot Diaries" series by Martha Wells. It's a popular science fiction series consisting of novellas that follow the adventures of a self-aware security android, known as Murderbot. The main character, Murderbot, struggles with its own identity and develops a fondness for humans despite its initial inclination to avoid them. The series explores themes of identity, autonomy, and the nature of humanity in a captivating and often humorous way. The first novella in the series is called "All Systems Red."

As of September 2021, there are six novellas in "The Murderbot Diaries" series by Martha Wells. Here are the titles of the novellas in order:
