Personal Media Space & Beyond

AI generated illustration based on my color pencil sketch below.

Smart phones and tablets alone have been game-changers in how we consume stories and media. They provide us with personal media space to watch movies, play games or listen to music whenever we want or wherever we go. Literally at our fingertips 24/7, these extensions of our lives and attention have become little technological paracletes or daemons that shadow our day-to-day activities.

Now AI has the potential exponentially take this co-dependency between humans and tech much further. I'm amazed at how dependent I've become on my own smart phone for information and entertainment. And not just my smart phone which provides me with a ready-made assistant that responds to my voice requests. I've also added another smart device with a separate assistant that resides on my kitchen counter that can give me news, weather and music along with notification of package deliveries at any time.

Furthermore, take a look at the AI generated art at the top of this post. It was made using my original sketch below and processed it in a far more elaborate 3D oriented cinematic style.
