The latest product offering from the Barbie toy line is the release of an expanded variety of Barbie and Ken dolls that is most likely the most diverse selection ever. Since 2016 diverse Barbie doll collection boosted sales for toy company Mattel. So you can't blame them for trying this latest roll out. No real analysis here.
