After dropping off my daughter at a birthday event in Chicago last night, my sister Alicia and I went to the Modern Art Wing of the Art Institute. I've been earlier this year but A.I.C. Modern art collection is so large, I wanted to see what I missed on my previous visit.
This visit, I focused on the modern artists in the 1900–1950 period. They have an incredible collection of art by Picasso, Matisse, Dali, Miro, Kandinsky, Magritte... It was absolutely wonderful.
