It's amazing that the comic creator nicknamed "Sparky" would be 100 years old this year!
When I was a kid reading Charles Schulz "Peanuts" daily comic (and as it was collected in book form) my favorite character was Snoopy! I would fantasize that I had a dog like him. In 6th grade, I was inspired by Snoopy's "Dad" to make comics of my own and haven't stopped since!
