"Sparky" Ignited My Career in Comics

It's amazing that the comic creator nicknamed "Sparky" would be 100 years old this year!

When I was a kid reading Charles Schulz "Peanuts" daily comic (and as it was collected in book form) my favorite character was Snoopy! I would fantasize that I had a dog like him. In 6th grade, I was inspired by Snoopy's "Dad" to make comics of my own and haven't stopped since!

Check out this twitter post that has a link to comic tributes from around the world:
My 90s era comic "Artie's Pad" featured a boy who interacts with his creations.

The comic above is my first digitally created "Artie's Pad" comic strip. See link for more.

In celebration, I'll be updating this post with comic related links, and such!
