Aztec Inspired Fictional Calendar

 In creating back story for my Tigrikorn saga, I was motivated by today's assignment to think of aspects of Time marking by the culture of Tigrikorn's home planet, Taegra. I was inspired by the Aztec Calendar to create what might be it's Taegran counterpart. The visual symbolism, fierce social control and sophisticated technology were aspects of both real and fictional cultures that are worth exploring.
